A little about me

Hi, I'm Steph

Mum, country girl and loves a spreadsheet. Partial to a creative project, a hot cuppa and a good sunset.

Websites. Livestock Data. Socials. Farm Admin. Support built for Rural Businesses.

My goal is to provide practical and simple solutions that work with you. I'm not here to add another app or system where it's not needed.

You need work completed accurately, efficiently and confidentially. That's where I come in. Support from someone that knows the industry and how things work on-farm.

When records are stored in several different places, there's multiple staff, and you're needing to tick the boxes for multiple compliance avenues, it can easily become overwhelming. Support can look like systems setup, livestock data management and compliance and farm admin.

I build websites for rural and regional businesses, and create seedstock sale catalogues that balance clean design with clear data presentation.

How I can help

Support can differ depending on your requirements. This might include refining your systems, managing livestock data (including NLIS and LPA requirements), and support with compliance and farm admin. When it’s time to put your business out there, I also build simple, clean websites for rural and regional businesses, and create seedstock sale catalogues with clear data presentation.

Why I Do What I Do

Regardless of the role I have had in the livestock industry, I saw how many producers were juggling livestock records, admin and an online presence that didn’t reflect their business. I started Rural Data Services after becoming a mum to offer practical support across livestock data, websites and the day to day jobs that keep things running behind the scenes.

I know how frustrating it can be when you need to add another document to the pile of red tape you need to go through just to sell your stock. I also know the relief it brings when the pile of paperwork on your desk (or the kitchen table) is taken care of and no longer a 'I'll get to that later' job as you head out there door because the heifers need checking or the cows need a shift.

You don't need to be drowning in paperwork to ask for help

Chances are though, you'd much prefer to be out in the paddock working with your livestock.

Keen to get things sorted? I’d love to help. Reach out for an obligation-free chat to see if we’d be a good fit.
