This will depend on the project we work together on. I am happy to accommodate your systems where possible and this component can be tailored to your needs. To minimise the platforms that are used, I recommend a Project Management system, Notion, where you can approve projects and also be updated as tasks are completed, although emails and regular phone meetings can also work as well.
I take my business and your business seriously. Confidentiality is of upmost importance and is further bound by contractual agreement. All passwords are shared using an encryption service, meaning I don’t ever see your passwords. I also have anti-virus and VPN software to protect your data online.
Absolutely! There’s no cookie cutter approach and whilst there will be similarities to other businesses, it is fully expected that yours will be unique. The discovery call is a great place to discuss this and to create a custom package to best suit your needs.
Most definitely. Once we begin, if you wish to amend the scope of work, please let me know and I will accommodate where possible. For clients with packages, please allow a two week changeover period to amend your services.

Usually I like to start with a call - preferably with Google Meet to see if we're a good fit for one another. After that call, if you're happy to proceed, I'll send through some paperwork and then usually we'll have another call to get started on some details.

This largely depends on the type of work you need, your deadlines and also the current workload I have at the time. Although I always try and accommodate where possible, I also ask you're respectful of my time and my other clients. For social media and website packages, I will create a proposed timeline. This will include check points where you will need to provide content by in order to meet any agreed deadlines. This includes any written copy or images needed. Of course, I understand life also happens. I just ask that you reach out as soon as possible to let me know of any delays and we can amend plans as needed.
Please note that packages have a set timeframe (usually a month) to utilise your included hours. As a client, I value your time and reserve a a spot for you accordingly. Therefore, hours don't rollover unless discussed prior.
