This will depend on the project we work together on. I am happy to accommodate your systems where possible and this component can be tailored to your needs. To minimise the platforms that are used, I recommend a Project Management system, Notion, where you can approve projects and also be updated as tasks are completed, although emails and regular phone meetings can also work as well.
I take my business and your business seriously. Confidentiality is of upmost importance and is further bound by contractual agreement. All passwords are shared using an encryption service, meaning I don’t ever see your passwords. I also have anti-virus and VPN software to protect your data online.
Absolutely! There’s no cookie cutter approach and whilst there will be similarities to other businesses, it is fully expected that yours will be unique. The initial call is a great place to discuss this and to create a custom package to best suit your needs.
Most definitely. Once we begin, if you wish to amend the scope of work, please let me know and I will accommodate where possible. For clients with packages, please allow a two week changeover period to amend your services.

I like to start with a call - preferably with Google Meet, to see if we're a good fit for one another. After that call, if you're happy to proceed, I'll send through some paperwork and then we'll have another call to get started on some details.

2. I'll email you a Project Proposal with a detailed scope and rates attached, a contract for signing, an invoice and a Client Intake Form.
3. Commencement call - once the paperwork is received, we'll set up another call to discuss your requirements in detail and make a plan moving forward
Turnaround time depends on the type of work, your deadlines and my current capacity. Before we begin, I’ll confirm a proposed timeline so we’re clear on what’s required and when.
For project-based packages such as Systems Setup, Data Clean Up or Website builds, I outline key milestones. These include checkpoints where you’ll need to provide required information such as records, data, written copy or images. Supplying these by the agreed dates keeps your project moving and helps ensure delivery when you need it.
I understand that farm life and seasonal pressures can shift quickly. If something changes, please let me know as early as possible and we can adjust the plan where needed.
Projects are scheduled for a set timeframe in my calendar. If required information isn’t provided within that timeframe, the project will pause until everything is received. It will then continue from the next available start date.
Retainer packages reserve dedicated monthly capacity. This ensures consistent support and availability. That reserved capacity does not roll forward if unused.
This approach allows me to plan responsibly and deliver focused, reliable support to every client.
